Shipping & Payment Info

At H2R, we want you to enjoy your shopping with us. That's why we offer different options for shipping and payment.

Shipping

We use the Portuguese postal service (CTT) to ship our products worldwide. You can choose one of these flat-rate shipping options:

• Portugal: 5 EUR
• Global shipping: 10 EUR
• Special shipping: 20 EUR

These options are for orders up to 2kg and include tracking. You will get a tracking number by email when we ship your order, and you can check it on our website or on the CTT website. The delivery time depends on the destination country, but it is usually between 3 to 10 working days.

If your order is more than 2kg, you will need to contact us at h2chaos@gmail.com to arrange a custom shipping option.

We also have a free pickup option for customers who are in Porto or nearby. You can get your order at Talho Gallery, Rua de Adolfo Casais Monteiro 91, 4050-378 Porto, Portugal. You will need to show your order confirmation email when you get your order.

We are not in charge of any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to your order. You have to follow the laws and rules of your country about importing goods.

Payment

We use Stripe, a global payment platform that supports many payment methods, like credit cards, debit cards, and other ways to pay. Stripe is safe, reliable, and easy to use. You can learn more about Stripe and how it works here.

To pay for your order, just pick Stripe as your payment option at checkout and follow the steps on the screen. You will go to a secure Stripe page where you can enter your payment details and finish the transaction. When your payment is done, you will get an email confirmation from us and Stripe.

We do not keep any of your payment information on our website. All your payment information is encrypted and processed by Stripe. You can read more about Stripe's security and privacy policies here.
