Thank you for choosing H2Random. We hope you love your purchase and enjoy our art. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Please read below for more details on our return and exchange policy.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to send back your item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at h2chaos@gmail.com and let us know your order number, item description, and reason for return. We will reply to you with the shipping address and instructions on how to pack and ship your item back to us. Please do not ship your item back to us without contacting us first.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item and inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For random and selected artwork, you will receive a full refund of the item price, excluding shipping costs. For custom artwork, you will receive a 50% refund of the item price, excluding shipping costs, as a compensation for the artist's work and materials.
Exchanges

You may exchange your item for any other item of equal or lesser value. If the item you want to exchange for is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. We will email you an invoice for the additional amount.

If you order a custom personalized item, you agree that you will not be able to return or exchange it, unless it is damaged or defective due to our error, or if your order is missing or incorrect. Please make sure you provide accurate and clear information when you order a custom personalized item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item due to our error, or if your order is missing or incorrect, please email us at h2chaos@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. We will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the item and ship you a new one at no extra charge.
